What “survey login” means
The opening screen usually identifies the restaurant through a number printed on the invitation receipt. A later screen can request the visit date, time and order method. The process is linked to a specific purchase rather than a reusable customer account.
Start from the printed invitation
Type the address carefully and compare the host before entering any receipt information. If the invitation uses a QR code, check the destination before continuing. A slightly different hosted survey address can appear after a legitimate redirect, but the start should come from the receipt or a verified Burger King channel.
Language selection and form session
Choose the available language before entering data. Complete the survey in one normal browser session, because an expired tab or repeated back-button use can reset fields. Save the completion result before closing the last page.
